Coordinate the visual
and economic revitalization of Main Street (Thayer Gate to Bear Mountain) and
establish complimentary “Themes”.

Create
a tourism strategy for the Town of Highlands in order to generate income
for the Town, yet maintain and enhance the quality of life for its
residents.
- To support the mission
of Vision through all types of media to:
Create awareness of Vision.
Promote knowledge of Vision activities, goals, accomplishments,
needs and events to the local community.
Provide information concerning Vision activities outside the
community when appropriate

- The Heritage Committee will focus on issues specific to the
architectural preservation and restoration; natural resources for recreational
purposes; and the promotion of cultural art in the Town of Highlands.
